How do I request the deletion of my account?

To delete your MyTeamCollab account, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the Settings or Profile section.
3. Select the Delete my account option.
4. Confirm your request by following the instructions.

If you encounter any difficulties or would like us to delete your account for you, you can also contact us directly at contact@myteamcollab.com and provide your user ID.

What happens after the request?

- Once your request has been received and validated, we will completely delete your account and all your personal data within a maximum of 30 business days.
- During this period, your data will no longer be accessible or used for any processing.
- Certain elements may be retained only to the extent required by law or for legal reasons; in this case, they will be kept securely and confidentially.

Your Rights and Guarantees

- You have the right to withdraw your consent and request deletion without justification.
- The deletion of your account is irreversible: once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
